PROUD is a young and dynamic startup located in Lausanne, Switzerland, within close proximity to Lake Leman. Being experts in the Chemical Vapor Deposition lab-grown diamond growth, we are developing diamond-based solutions that will disrupt the electronic industry among others.

The candidates:

Qualifications & Skills

• Master degree in Materials or Physics
• Experience in thin films deposition (PVD, CVD, ALD)
• Hands-on experience in characterization (SEM, Raman, XPS, XRD, EPR) is a plus.

Desirable

• Experience in cleanroom environment

Your responsabilities

• Characterization of CVD diamond crystals
• Pre-treatment and post processing
• Fabrication of diamond-based devices
• Electrical and optical characterization of the devices
• Technical support to PROUD’s lab
