PROUD is a young and dynamic startup located in Lausanne, Switzerland, within close proximity to Lake Leman. Being experts in the Chemical Vapor Deposition lab-grown diamond growth, we are developing diamond-based solutions that will disrupt the electronic industry among others.

To support our continued development and growth, we are offering an internship position (in case of good performance, the internship application can be turned into permanent position) in domain of diamond-based electronics:

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Master degree in Microelectronics/Semiconductor Materials
• Hands-on experience in micro- and nano-structuration (photolithography, wet and dry etching, e-beam lithography)
• Experience in electrical characterization
• Experience in thin films deposition (PVD, CVD, ALD) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Your responsabilities

• Fabrication of diamond-based electronic devices
• Electrical characterization
• Writing of technical reports
• Technical support to PROUD’s laboratory
